The property consists of 4 apartments each 100 sqm in size, with full sea, bay and mountian views. Ithaca island can be viewed from the balconies. Two apartments 108 & 109 have 40 sqm sized balconies, apartments 110 & 111 have smaller balconies, with same views over the bay, mountains and Ithaca island. Apartments are fully furnished with full sized kitchens. 

All suites accommodate MAX 2 persons. Strictly NO UNREGISTERED guests/parties permitted. Any extra guests in suite can lead to cancellation of reservation and eviction from property.

Quite time is from 23:00 hr hours to 08:00 hr hours.
