Villa Lion is located between Nikiti and Agios Ioannis in Halkidiki, offering a great view of the Toroneos Gulf. Situated in such a strategical location, it is only a few minutes away from many of the beautiful sandy & pebble beaches of Sithonia. 

The villa consists of three floors. Each floor has its own bathroom, for guests’ convenience. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, dining area as well as a spacious kitchen, equipped with all modern facilities, including dishwasher. The staircase leads to the first floor where there is a kitchenette, a living room and a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor offers a master bedroom and a washing machine in the spacious bathroom.

The whole unit is air-conditioned, equipped with TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. 

Within the property’s area there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a sauna, a hammam, barbeque, an extra room for a babysitter, as well as amble parking for at least three vehicles. 

Nearby is the traditional village of Nikiti with its beautiful seaside promenade and a variety of bars and restaurants. The old village (upper side) it’s a small secret travel-in-the-past treasure. Also available are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and sweetshops. The local open market with fresh fruit & vegetables takes place every Friday.
