The villa measures 350 m² of interior space featuring in total 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests and 750 m² of exterior space.Villa Felicity boasts a Panoramic pool view and its design follows mainly the "open floor"  layout principles,  giving to its residents easy access to the indoor & outdoor areas.It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, a living room, and a library/study room.
